Delivery in Norway:
Service packages are delivered to your post office. The post office sends a pickup notification via email and you will also receive a pickup notification via SMS if you have selected this in your profile. As a customer, you are obliged to monitor the status of your shipment. Euroheater AS is not responsible for delivering notification of the package's arrival.
If you ask Posten to return the item, and you notify us in advance that you are exercising your right of withdrawal within the deadline, you will only pay for the return cost.
If your package is not delivered within the agreed time, you as a customer can set a reasonable additional deadline. Should this deadline be exceeded, you can cancel the purchase and get your money back within 14 days.
Delivery in Europe:
Euroheater AS uses UPS for delivery of packages to Europe. The package is delivered to your door, if you are not at home when the delivery is made, this must be arranged with UPS.
6. Complaints and right of withdrawal
All inquiries regarding complaints, damage to goods or errors in delivery must be sent in writing to post@eurohater.no . You will receive a response from one of our case managers as soon as possible. Do not return goods until you have been notified by the case manager. This way, the matter is handled as smoothly as possible and without unnecessary return costs. Refunds in the event of cancellation/complaints that result in a credit must be made within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period – general information
The consumer may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the seller has fulfilled its information obligation in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the goods and withdrawal form have been received.
The consumer must notify the seller if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The deadline is considered to have been met if the notification is sent within the deadline. There are no formal requirements for the notification, but it should be in writing for evidentiary reasons. When the right of withdrawal has been confirmed, use the following information, please note that you as the sender are responsible for the return and the return cost.

The Right of Withdrawal Act does not interfere with your rights under, among other things, the Sales Act if defects should arise. If you keep the item, you can, under certain conditions, demand a price reduction, replacement (new item) or cancel the purchase and get the purchase price refunded.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline, you will receive a refund of what you paid for the item. Before settlement takes place, the item must be returned to the seller as soon as possible - and within 14 days of notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal. You must cover the return costs yourself, unless the seller has breached the agreement or the seller has delivered a replacement item in accordance with the agreement because the ordered item was not available.
The right of withdrawal requires that the item can be returned in substantially the same condition.
The right of withdrawal gives the trader the right to charge the customer if the product has suffered a reduction in value as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and/or function of the goods. (cf. Right of Withdrawal §25).
Complaints – general information
If a fault or defect is discovered, the consumer must, within a reasonable time after he or she discovered or should have discovered it, give the seller written notice that he or she wishes to invoke the defect (complaint). The deadline for lodging a complaint is, however, not shorter than two months from the time the consumer discovered the defect. The complaint must be lodged no later than two years after the consumer took over the product. If the product or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer in normal use, the deadline for lodging a complaint is five years. If the consumer does not lodge a complaint in time, the right to claim the defect is lost.
A defect that becomes apparent within six months after the consumer assumed the risk for the product (normally the time of delivery) shall be presumed to have existed at the time of the transfer of risk.
If there is a defect in the product, and the consumer has complained within the aforementioned deadlines, the consumer may assert the following:
If the seller's correction or replacement will result in the consumer being prevented from using the product for more than a week, the consumer has the right, under certain conditions, to demand that a replacement item be made available at the seller's expense. As a general rule, the seller is not entitled to make more than two attempts at correction or replacement for the same defect.
If you have any further questions about the right of withdrawal, withdrawal period or complaints, you can contact us by email: pot@euroheater.no .
