Euroheater AS has completed a directed share issue of NOK 10 million to the Swedish company Promoteq AB.
The share issue represents a key strategic move to ensure continued growth and development as the company enters a capital-intensive phase with several exciting projects on the horizon.
Euroheater AS is making a major push for further growth, with several very promesing projects currently in a capital-intensive phase. This directed issue strengthens our share capital and positions us to seize future opportunities.
Promoteq AB was one of Euroheater's first customers, and the companies have maintained a close partnership since the beginning. In connection with the share issue, CRO Invest AS has sold a 10 ownership stake in Euroheater AS to Promoteq AB, which now enters as a strategic industrial partner.
Promoteq AB specializes in integrating cutting-edge military, police and medical equipment and solutions, carefully tailored to meet the specific demands of their clients. The company serves military, police and medical professionals worldwide.
